Did they apply the R/S on numbers of shareholders too or what?
It was 5,008 the previous year. And 5,192 the year before that. And 5,356 the year before that. And 5,263 the year before that. It does seem to go down most of the time.
It actually makes sense. Chad mentioned that a many oft the shareholders was only holding a few shares. They had been there since the reverse merger. So I guess that anyone holding less then 10 shares was automatically bought out after the reverse split.
