The answer to that is what Cheds mentioned a few days ago.
It was only his opinion, but it strikes me as very plausible reason for the increase. They are going to convert their own preferred shares eventually. Not this year since they promised they wouldn't, but starting in January of 2016, I would begin to wonder and worry about they personal stock activities.
That was Cheds' opinion, but it has also become my opinion as well.
If you have listened to DROR on that pot-head radio program, you may recall that DROR talked about possible future acquisitions. I don't think they gave up on that idea. When the time (and company) is right, they will probably need shares for that as well. If they don't increase the AS when that happens, we will all benefit.
