that tweet wasn't your fault

It depends on whether he sold into the resulting enormous spike, and especially whether he gave people warning in advance that the spike was coming, so they could either load up or prepare to sell existing shares at the right time.

The first of those would be damning, but merely circumstantial, and the second would probably make the episode indictable.

Hope there aren't any phone or e-mail records!

Are underway.....full reporting, including all information from the "dark period" included.... full transparency...

NTEK continues to do everything perfectly and is batting 1000 on it's promises to shareholders. No information I have read that speaks about things such as going to 000's, no warranty, foley going to jail, np-1s lost at sea, etc. nothing, not a single one has taken place, yet NTEK continues to add strategic personnel, business partners, and most importantly CONTENT!!!!! Revenue Monster at work.
