Then again, he maybe will not. Interesting part of your link...
Is very telling..
Card counting is considered illegal in major casinos the world over... and they use massive deck numbers now and this is just using your own mind. You think the casinos would allow outside house odd challenge. So silly,.
And in red is the real truth... players are not improving odds, they're creating the perception of better odds.
Just like ntek works on the perception that it's a real company to sell stock.

Why is this legislation potentially a land mark piece of legislation for gambling games in Nevada?

The legislation may give players of gambling games the perception that they can be beat. Before I look to the future, I will look at the past.

Back in 1962, Ed Thorpe introduced the book Beat the Dealer about how a player could count cards and mathematically beat the game of Blackjack. In other words, Mr. Thorpe showed a way to turn the house advantage in Blackjack to a player advantage by the player betting more when the cards are in the player’s favor. That book generated a lot of interest in Blackjack which still continues to this day. It takes a certain level of mathematical skill and brain power to effectively count cards. Thus, the number of players who can count cards and make money is a much smaller subset than the number of players who play Blackjack. However, this book, and many subsequent publications have generated at least some belief that Blackjack can be beat.
