profit...please see my last post, just before yours for a more in depth -- and i believe more accurate -- picture of what is happening at bluesphere. they have already booked $$ by selling off some of the equity in the NC and RI projects with more to come....they have BOUGHT IN SHARES compared to end of previous quarter, actually reducing shares outstanding....the italian projects, if approved, will be CASH POSITIVE from day 1 !! From what I can see, the only outstanding major negative is some outstanding convertible debt, which the holders are using to drive the pps down, one assumes in order to convert as cheaply as possible. part of the reason company is buying back shares to combat this. i have been told this debt comes due in june....so....this action should be coming to an end soon.
Read recent pr's and 10q for further info....and if you still have doubts, call shlomi palas, company ceo. the office number in israel is listed on bluesphere website. they are 7 hours ahead, i believe of EST. if you can get him, though he obviously cannot say all, i think you'll find it very interesting what he has to say...to you or anyone else who might want further informed insight into what is happening at blsp.
