I believe changes_iv is desperately trying to imply progress for NNVC by showing examples of progress by other companies in developing technologies for dealing with small stuff. Of course we have no idea of what difficulties NNVC is having right now, and so have no idea of what technologies might be relevant to resolving those difficulties.
