Why did JEFF FOLEY Claim he was buyin' on all those silly FORM 4's on OTCMARKETS ... all his "BUYS" are DOWN BIG... and when that stuff was posted NON STOP back in the day... everyone was running around, sayin' if the CEO is BUYING... I'M buying... crazy stuff in NTEK lalaland... FEAR this FEAR that... well, I think... some folkzzz need to FEAR da truth :-D lol
