Agreed...The reason some bought in here is because this stock was being pumped recently. Don't believe the posts here or anywhere. Do your own DD on a stock or don't and get stuck. But in reality, all of us old-timers here did the DD and still got stuck.
CORRECTION directly from lawsuit (in red). I ask myself...why is this very KEY part, er, FACT, constantly, all the time, always overlooked and left out in your particular, unique interpretation of the lawsuit? You must be careful of that because as you can see, it's very misleading when that's done and is a great disservice to all who read it.
THE FACT: The court documents filed recently in the whistle-blower lawsuit said he hired the plaintiffs "to take on substantial roles in the company as Defendants prepared for an Initial Public Offering ("IPO") which is estimated to be worth 4bil."
Amazing how adding in those KEY missing words really clears the picture up as well as the two paragraphs omitted in your suggested paragraphs for folks to read (15 and 16).
