Negative view is fine but at least get your facts straight. Document where and when the series H has been converted. What cash are you looking for?

What happened to money: Is 12 million in revenues, 6 million in assets, 1million in profits per year, acquisition of PeopleVine. Its fairly obvious. Was spent well building nice company with low float.
