Never in a real casino. No one is going to work that hard. If a ntek game exists, it will barely make it in a local bar. It's being hyped as something big, but nano doesn't have the real deal, only vaporware to ride the idea. And casinos have no initiative to allow outside control of their house odds.
The only group claiming people want this are the groups trying to sell the concept. And nano is attempting to ride the coattails of companies already working this.
