I am wondering why ALL the names of every recipient of shares issued since 2014 on in the process to max out the share structure at an even 13B before the reverse split were changed in the OTC quarterly filing in the course of one day.
On May 20, 2015 there was disclosure regarding the recipients of shares from 2014 on and in May 21st filing there is not.
Kerry Thacker was issued 441,848,950 shares on March 30, 2015.
In the May 21st filing this is no longer reflected. Her name and many others were stricken in the amended filing. Is it Frances Barker or Frances Baker in the first filing, seems there are some typos. Maybe better to just erase all names.
