Now either MMXT lied in the recent def 14 filings with the SEC or you are posting false and misleading information! Please post the link to your assertion that Sunncomm does not hold the majority stake in MMXT as you posted this as fact not an opinion. It certainly calls into question the validity of the vote that was cited in the filing!

Also, you post the following as FACT:
As for the statement in the 14c about the need to complete the merger.The facts are that KC and Granite opposed the merger. They we wanted to enhance their value and from combining the shares and leave the the Sunncomm holding the bag.
Kevin raised no funds, sold no product and shared little if any information. He spent little time in Phoenix. It was beyond his grasp.
I'm sure as a Asst Moderator of this board you have a LINK to back up these statements you made about Kevin Clement. These derogatory statements you are now making about Clement certainly fly in the face of statements made by TDJ who recently visited with him in Phoenix, Danny who visited with him a couple of months ago and with your own four months of posts pumping Clement as a "go getter", "get er done guy" etc.

Hey stinger, you can beg to differ as much as you'd like.I never stated sunncomm holds the majority stake in mmxt.Have you had your coffee yet this morning?My statement had nothing to do with KC. Don't twist my words!! I simply stated peter controls both companies and he does!! He has been calling the shots for both of them from the beggining.And will continue to do so after this KC mess is in the garbage can!!!

Those 38 million shares IMO opinion are what's left of our dividend and may or may not be a majority stake by percentage owned.You might be thinking majority voting power which would be 51%
