Maybe increased revenue will pay off the debt. We don't know that, but it's possible. When I consider the potential for this to happen, I include history in my assumption. The company's history is a hurdle that must be overcome in order to attract more common stock investors.

Dilution will happen imo because their revenue will not increase until 2016.

I mean, it's pretty much undisputed that without CS, their cost and debt exceed their revenue. They secured 5.8 million, but that needs to pay off existing debt ( it's actually replacing debt with debt) and to cover their burn-rate ( which probably increased as they prep for the JV) past 2016, because once the JV goes live, it won't create overnight wealth. It needs time to establish itself in the market place.

As far as who CS invites into her bedroom...I'm not going to include that in my analysis of this Company. I doubt he earned 138 million by funding his girlfriend's ventures. It just seems so unrelated and irrelevant. If they were married and had joint assets...maybe.
