I know what your saying but have you been following the discussion here? Geoffrey Raynor is an investment banker, he owns Scepter holdings, a hedge fund and I believe he currently has no problem keeping up his "lifestyle".
Sure looks like Scepter is going public soon using this shell. Do you know of any scams involving hedge funds that went public?
If something else happens I will be the first to call this BS. I'm not happy to begin with after the 800 split but if this fund does go public this stock is going to dollars real soon IMO.
