Generally I don't buy in subs but I have in the past couple of years and ACLP is one of them and I have lost my rear on this and have little expectation of this one coming back. I have had mixed results on the subs that I have bought into. That said. I do believe that you are right that something is up with this one. Someone or some folks have bought millions and million recently at .0001 and when it seems the stock is dead with no hope. Who is buying and why? Some people have called this stock a scam. I don't know if this group that operates this in the back ground called management or some other entity is a scammer and its not for me to say so I do not call it a scam but I do believe the intended reverse was an effort to just sell shares and then reverse everyone out in the end so that they lose their money....if that action and intend is in fact as it seems then no wonder people feel that this is a scam. I have lost my money unless this moves back up. Is it a scam....well had I known that they intended to just dump shares and and then reverse it in just a few months time.....I would not have bought into this a thin dime. Nobody would have.
