Too funny. KBLB is not a perfect GAAP company. It is a very imperfect GAAP company. Did you read the following? Are these lines in accordance with GAAP? Come now....you simply need to read and hopefully....hopefully understand. This is in accordance with disclosure, NOT GAAP. So get past it already.

The clarified position on accounting personnel is that none exist. It is disclosure to one and all. GAAP? No. Development companies cannot keep up to Sarbanes Oxley. It is well known to be over regulation for small companies not yet profitable. So GAAP will not apply in totality until we can afford to.
