Definitely. The company has a profit only because management is paid with shares instead of cash. So their incentive is to dump shares. And they have enough of them that even at $.0001 they do OK.

the cash for the factory has been already raised imo
I think they have sold the 3.3 billion shares of egoh on a conversion note at .0002 or better to raise 6,7 or 800 k cash
from that note

UFC, don't think buying a factory there is that expensive,
and based on shares sold and sales of inventory, I don't
think that is too far fetched,

as far as the corporation thing, yes you're right, read it too
and it looks like he tried (and may have) made it right, where most people just walk away and as far as having his wife as a Officer, geez do you know how many 1-2 man shops do that and when questioned I assume she just played dumb, any idea how many people do that,

so if you're counting strikes, I would not add one here.
