Investors better be using the rear view mirror because this vehicle is definitely moving backwards. But thanks to all of the folks that say the audit will be completed in ten more days. That is not what I was told, but perhaps their informants are more knowledgeable than the direct source, the auditor himself. Ten more days! Let's sit back and see what happens! By the way - I am counting from the first day that the two weeks time was posted.

SEC CARES AND SEC CHARGED TREATY

Treaty won't get out of this mess alive

Filings are dependant on information provided by past management

Past management has officially refused to provide information to SEC

That same information in needed for the filings

Past management won't disclose not to incriminate themselves

Why would past management let go all info for filings ?

TECO is going down

IMO

Dismissed based on what??? Treaty has done nothing to show they are innocent of the charges in any way shape or form... In FACT they have produced NOTHING! All they say is they didn't do it... LOL! All crooks claim they didn't do it.

No way Treaty will file delinquent filings. If they are refusing to supply the very documentation to SEC investigators in the SEC securities fraud case, then why the heck would they file delinquent filings??? Treaty won't, and that has been the reason all along that they haven't filed them... The filings would incriminate the lot of them including Tesarski. Treaty has known since late 2013 that the SEC was investigating them for securities fraud, that's when Treaty stopped filing.

No documents from Treaty... The SEC has a mountain of evidence.
