I don't see anything in your link that supports your claim.

The paid in capital would not meet the definition of a liability.

And no deal was reached before March 31. The deal was reached on May 7th, as you said.

But who knows with unaudited financials? Could just be totally out of sorts.
I did notice that the paid in capital seemed to decrease as at March 31st.

I think the $620,000 "long-term loan" is difficult to argue...

Is Seergate debt free in your opinion?
