right now the clock is ticking and thousands of shots are being taken by hundred companies/labs etc as to what tech will work and how in immunotherapy... imo they should partner asap to get as many of those shots working because time is of the utmost importance... and selling the company off for pennies on the dollar (when they claim to have all the potential partner interest) is a poor plan that hurts shareholders... many ways to do a deal where the economics would work...
A partner means a lot in this game. Without a partner you have a very strong chance of not getting FDA approval and being squashed by big Pharma because you're not in the club. If you think this is a level playing field you need to wake up and smell the roses Those roses have no petals and only thorns.
