I'm sorry for your loss - but Nick is a complete scam artist. There is a reason he keeps all of his assets in his wife's name - as an Original Tribe member, her assets are protected from suit. If he hadn't - it is my opinion that he would be sued by at least a dozen companies and individuals for fraud.
