Possibly, I'm surprised it isn't already. However I view forecasts 5 years into the future with extreme suspicion. If the company manages to survive until 2020 its prospects will then depend on how well it is placed for the future from 2020 onwards. It will be exactly as in this report which talks about how it is positioned for the future now and not so much about what has happened to it in the past. Whether it goes bankrupt in 2020 will therefore depend on something we haven't got any insight into from that report.
It's interesting to think back about AMD firing Dirk Meyer for lack of mobile strategy. Dirk prioritized protecting AMD's then significant server market share, leaving no resources for a mobile effort. Today the server business is booming and AMD isn't there. Yet AMD still lacks mobile products. Dirk would have never agreed on the SeaMicro purchase. Guess he got the last laugh.
