as the financial audit is done and just waiting for the reserve reports to upload them.

And which 3rd party firm is creating the reserve reports according to Guide 7 standards? How many years is this going to take?

Of course this audit is going to be embedded in a Form 10, and filed with the SEC. Wasn't that suppose to be the purpose of the audit originally back in Dec 2013? How about a PR claiming the Form 10 has been filed? Wouldn't that be simpler, than claiming a mythical audit is coming any day now.
