I just wondered since it is not a typical short(due to AT dumping shares in accounts that did not exist) the SEC would want it corrected asap........(Wasn't that share dump illegal from the start!?)
I have thought about playing the situation, but I get the feeling unless forced, AT will just let the situation die and buy back as the PPS falls.
I don't know shit, so this is very much my humble opinion, and we appreciate any further schooling on the situation.
