Nobody has the gene. It is just estimating. But I do think those that think this is going to move up or down drastically in the next 10 weeks are probably incorrect. Now time will tell.
All PTOI has to do is remain basically shutdown minimizing expenses but leveraging a variation of Zeno's Paradox. With each step getting halfway closer to the goal over and over and over and over but never quite reaching it. And then when the goal gets a little long in the tooth just redirect to a new goal and start the paradox all over again. It is actually quite clever in a scam artist kind of way.
To put the whole JBI/PTOI scam into prospective, I'll tell you a little story. A few months back I noticed my dog barking and scratching at my refrigerator incessantly. He did this for almost a week and then abruptly stopped. Fast forward about a month and I remembered this and asked my Grandson to move the refrigerator and look behind it. Surely enough, Sparky's favorite chew toy was underneath the fridge just out of his reach.
- Moral of the story .. Even a dog knows when to throw in the towel.
