EAPH management really, really like to use the word "soon" (and expressions that mean "soon") in their promotional material pumping their stock. It looks to me as if it's going sub-penny any day now. Real soon.
That's the way they like to talk in their PRs. It can mean anything they want it to mean; therefore it means nothing. It means "soon." EAPH PRs are one big reason why I would never take seriously the idea of EAPH as an investment. Anybody who writes PRs like that obviously does not take their shareholders seriously, slinging feces at them instead like apes in a zoo. I don't invest in companies with chimpanzees managing investor relations.
