By the end of July, PTOI will be trading sub-penny. Got it. For the sake of clarity, how long should it have to trade sub-penny before we acknowledge that your call is good? After all, one "fat finger" trade today of 50 shares @ .009 could technically count, but it wouldn't really legitimize the call.

This implies that you believe that the only thing standing in the way of sub-penny is shareholder buying / not selling shares, so it could happen sooner if things change. Got it.
