While finding wisdom in anything PN or SO do is kind of a stretch considering where their leadership has brought the company and its share price. Now Offor/Chrome is a different story. Maybe they converted when Krom started his campaign to vote down any attempt to reverse split the stock. That way Offor/Chrome would maintain their same level of voting power and make sure the reverse split, if needed, would be approved. Offor understands that if/when the a/s are maxed out, without a reverse split or increase in a/s the company would have no way to raise capital and might be forced to default on outstanding notes including his, maybe even be forced to wind up the whole thing. Wouldn't want to be put in that situation.

I think it is safe to say nobody in management knows much of anything about ERHC or the oil business or the share price wouldn't be at .000?. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. Fool shareholders for a decade shame on who?

Both sides of the same coin. Do we know if Offor is buying? Nope. For some reason, Offor's share count is not being available.

Either we look at all of the growing facts of lack of funds, CDs, dilution, cash on hand and burn rate, including all the continuing paychecks, or we look at PN and SO buying/bought. And their buying was S4 news on I hub as well as Myrup. But no Offor.. loudly silent. Only a CD conversion, not nearly the prediction of many here. And who knows if he kept those shares.
Mayes sense that he did, but, why no Offor's shares.

And finally, if there is no guarantee of an oil discovery in Kenya.. ie

2D = to a 25% chance.... 3D = a 33% chance..... anyone who buys big is taking a calculated risk at best, for the second time.

So, what is your point,MAnti?
