And it doesn't matter any way when Tesarski "took over" as he is working for Blackburn now as the "new" Treaty front man, which is obvious. Tesaski continued with the scams that were already in play. Tesarski has done NOTHING to fix ANYTHING and in FACT things have gotten worse because Blackburn still pulls the strings. If Tesarski truly had no part in the fraud or connection with the fraudsters then why doesn't he come clean??? He doesn't because he is in it up to his neck...
