BAYP stands to benefit nothing from this deal.

Have we figured out yet what BAYP brings to the JV deal? Of course not much is required from BAYP to perpetrate another imaginary scam angle.

BAYP will be doing more deals this year adding revenues.

Yeah it did all kinds of deals in 2013 adding up to $27K in revenue for 2014. Big whoop. What did the acquisitions cost? How were they financed? Apparently the played out wells acquisitions came for FREE?

BAYP will complete its audit and uplist.

Just like it completed the promised Form 10 filing in Dec 2013? Strange thing about the process of uplisting... it requires a Form 10 to be filed. No hiding allowed. There will be no Form 10 filing.

2015 is the year BAYP shines

Gotta see what the pump is first, before we say BAYP shines above the typical microcrap oil scam stock. Points will be awarded for originality, and entertainment value. So far the recycling frac water does score well in originality. And entertainment value is potentially high. Especially since they have already botched it.

I think Bayp would be best served to sever ties with the JFK clan. These guys seem to have a great deal of character issues..


Looks as if the New CEO may have some anger issues as documented in his multiple arrests.



The one he replaced was simply just a bad apple, with no credibility
and a constant desire to defraud people the guy had or has no ethics. Its my opinion thats why his life has left him, that or the drug problems/ money issues
