This was the low price that many of us bought at around 18 months ago. Hope everybody took profits, and is waiting patiently on the sidelines.

This is based on two years of watching TRTC.

IVXX is not for profit. Does anything more need to be said about it??? Maybe someday, somewhere else it will be for profit. NOT in the near future.

Nevada will be worth some good revenue for TRTC IN THE FUTURE. First of all when dispensaries open there will not be many able to buy marijuana yet. People have to still get cards from the state to be able to buy. People from other states will likely be able to buy, so the Las Vegas dispensary could make decent revenue. Maybe even $15 million in 2016, of which TRTC gets around half, and then costs. Still could net TRTC $5 million which is nice. This will be reported to the world in May of 2017. LOTS OF TIME until then.

TRTC will LIKELY need more money to build out infrastructure. This means more selling of shares. This will drive the price lower. Construction costs always seem to exceed estimates.

Expect more bonuses to executives. Stock awards, etc....

Edible Garden does not seem to be growing, much or at all based on the Q1 numbers.

Many other speculative sides to TRTC's business, but not many speculators around anymore.

If you are playing it, give it a few years and I think it will be in dollar land. I just would not be expecting a quick recovery.

Of course this is just my opinion, and I have been wrong before. I think it has a chance of coming true though, and at .06 I will be a buyer. I was right last time. LOL and there were far fewer shares outstanding back then.

Disagree with the .06 call. I think .15 will be the bottom. 18 months ago they were selling hydroponic equipment and growing a few herbs.
Way too much going on now to revisit those levels. I would like to see it get up to around a buck and then do a reverse split to get off the pink sheets to remove the penny flippers.

FINALLY Someone LOGICALLY sees where management has taken us. EG was a joke from day one. Costed TRTC MILLIONS and I mean MILLIONS of DOLLARS. Company/ DP claims that helped us get on the list for licenses in NV, too bad, it will cost about $20 MILLION to build that out. Thats about 133 million shares, if they could sell it open market at today's prices, but you know they have to pay the kick backs, fee, and all the stuff from the toxic fundings, so double that 266M shares. No real volume so it would take a YEAR to raise the money. There is a time limit on build on in NV.
New York, same problem, 1 chance in 366 to even get the license, but it's going to be $20M there too, I think that license gets 1 grow, 4 dispensaries. Could net some good money, but WE don't have it, to build.
a retrace to .06 is likely, and then some. Then the dreaded reverse split. Only people that made a buck here, is the people on the inside and those that bought cheap, and had to brains to see this bubble would burst last year and got out. Obviously I wasn't one of them ;-(

vote me on the BOD, I want to clean house! and at least as an insider, I would get my bonus. LOL actually I would shut that crap down, tell them they have enough damn shares, work to build the company and the fruits of your labor will set them free. They all have millions of shares already. Get this to $10 they are set for life and then some. Only reason they need more bonus shares, is due to subpenny status, or to have shares post reverse split.

Husband needs some loose cash bam 100,000. Inside dumping a few shares hell they want a pay day to. I joined TRTC gang and dam glad I did.

Maybe TRTC will hit .06 by Summer 2015 especially the way things is going for TRTC! Already sitting at just above .12 (.123) today! With a share dilution and/or more financing, this thing could tank down to .06 on a heavy day of selling, or should I say, blood-letting! If TRTC hits .06, it could be a flipping dream as it gasps for air with heavy spiking up & down volatility, and opps for quick profit-taking/profit-making! Sad TRTC!

As a sticky, its a great reminder that the stock didn't fall to .06 as predicted this summer, instead it rose over 100% from .08 .

I still stand by the six cent TRTC prediction detailed in the sticky.

Summer is not over. TRTC hit around .08 already. I believe there will be much bloodshed in the next couple of months.

Those long should not worry too much though. I think that in the long run TRTC may survive and do well. Still too early to tell now.

Everyone here already knows that TRTC is a VERY high risk investment. You will likely lose it all, BUT maybe TRTC will be one of the few that makes it off the OTC and becomes profitable.

You never know. Place your bets accordingly, and don't bet what you can't afford to lose.

How can the price return to .06 if total liabilities have been reduced by 50% since Sept 2014.

How can the price return to .06 if SG and A expenses have dropped from 8 million to 2 million since Sept of 2014.

How can the price return to .06 if stock dilution was reduced from 16 million in Dec to on 7 million at the end of March 2015.

How can the price return to .06 when in December the five million dollar facility in NJ was paid off , which changed the gross margins from .02 to 30 %.

How can the price return to .06 when in May Edible Gardens received an addition contract with WALMART that resulted in adding 300 stores to their distribution.

How can the price return to .06 when on July 29th they added 182 stores named STop and Shop in the NE.

How can the price return to .06 when in July the State of NJ gave TRTC a grant worth 300,000 (free money) in the amount of 21,000 a month for the next 9 months.

How can the price return to .06 when TRTC has created IVXX, which is selling Medical Marijuana to approximately 40 dispensaries where the revenue will be easily over a million dollars in Q2.
