In your long tenured history with the company, have they always had a track record of doing business with people of this nature?

Even CLAY FRANKS the director of bayp has had some previous run ins when bayp parent company EXIT ONLY INC was in business...

Financing from big sources at JV partner looks good.
No dilution from company is good.
Float looks great.
2015 looks like BAYP year.
