You got to be kidding me, they have no $$$$ none at all and huge debt, now they have decided to stop doing all of the required SEC 10q filings and will be a non reporting stinky pinky in a couple of weeks... As unless my calendar is wrong, the latest q was due this week and not a peep.,, not even a NT-10q filed, so that is very telling in its own!!! I know it's nice to remain optimistic, but the company has given us nothing to be optimistic about!!!! Not even a crappy Facebook update!!
Remember with no bid and the price at 0.0001 there is no way to pay back CD holders... And if I read the 10k correctly one CD holder has the rights at all of the company assets if they are not paid back!!! So I am expecting a huge garage sale from this CD holder in a couple months with 16 train cars for sale...
