I sure as hell wouldn't be "hoping" that insiders are deliberately manipulating the stock price if I were invested here.

Yet apparently everyone seems to suspect that is the case...

This company is no stranger to securities violations...so if it looks like a duck...

This begs the question -

Is TRTC the next to be suspended by the SEC? I suggest everyone thoroughly consider that as a possibility at this point.
