Cosmic, I agree with you 100%. Common sense suggests that YA sees, and EXPECTS, a much better ROI by NOT initiating legal proceedings. So the big question is what is SVFC doing behind the scenes? The company, contrary to what many may think, does NOT owe any of us a play by play update as to what they are up to. When they have something newsworthy to share then they will let us know via a PR. That has been their MO so I wouldn't expect it to change. I'm not defending, nor do I prefer this lack of communication, I'm just pointing out the way management has handled similar situations in the past. It is what it is. It doesn't mean SVFC is dead. No, I believe the company is very much alive and will surprise a lot of folks. All IMO.
