VZ prob made them sign a non-comp or a keep-quiet... They just bought AOL for their mobile advertising platform... Now the TLFX connection is pretty interesting... Since TLFX seems to have some mobile platforms and tools that would make a good combo... Also the IOT and wearables like smart watches are the rage and VZ prob wants a share in the market... TLFX has something they might want... It's a cheap buy out for a big rig like VZ
The company is very methodical in their moves. The CEOs husband is the brains behind the company and they have landed a sweet deal with Verizon. This is not like any other otc company. We are headed to the big board. The ship is coming in. Get aboard. The drop in share price is a gift. You won't hear a peep until the cc and it will be a life changer.
