Wrong again. Ecig would have to RS again to get above $3 for 30 days.....never happen. It would drop like a rock.

VPOR on the other hand.....say they show 10 mill this year and 15 next year..... And explain about uplisting to a valued shareholder base.....and explain how they are going to do it to get us above $3.....then it would work. Just my opinion.
