Well I have a pink harvesting bucket and jimmy crack corn and I don't care...

Well, I did a little search on the topic of bolting spinach and it seems once you have more than 12 hours of daylight and warmer temps, your done... The flavor changes... Guess I need harvest all of it and move on (follow with potatoes and carrots...)
