As yes, the history that never matters.. until it does.
It shows Ritchies "proven track record", his great accomplishiments ....might not be so great.
His history has shown up in his present.
Example - not keeping a company current - whether he should be the one to do it or someone else, certainly the CEO of a company should know if the business has all the paperwork filed and fees paid...
It is always interesting to me that the history of a pinky CEO doesn't matter but the history of other CEOs does.. ODD
