When you read the last 20 or 30 posts and the sticky notes what did that tell you about where this is at. I figure for someone down big on a stock the ten minutes that would take doesn't seem too excessive of a burden for you.
Short answer, waiting for the judge to rule on the Markman hearing...it's been more than 7 months since the hearing. Judge is about to start another markman hearing, hope is she rules on our Markman to clean her slate for the new one.
