Regarding the 75% control...I was told it was 75% by UNRELATED parties...so no one, related or not, has 75%.

And the closer we look, it appears that even if the operator is chosen by a simple majority, Henc is in control.

Who do we think would negotiate the deal/price with a driller, Henc or TGC? It seems that nothing done by TGC is ever at "arms length."
Don't they own a drill via Hunt energy...another Civelli company?
