Clearly there is and can only be so many outcomes to this very secretively and underhanded play by Dror. This accountant has been gone from the picture for several weeks with the new accounting firm on board for neigh on 2 weeks (+). On May 5th Dror announces NO RS and on May 7th Preferred share not to be converted. The date he files the AS amendment is also May 7th...So why did Dror not mention either of these points (1) CPA leaving and replaced and (2) AS Increase in his PR's?

I like giving room for explanations but I am also not one of those who is unwilling to say the doubters and slammers of Dror may have been right...Sadly, they have had experience with this guy and I would presume not good and as the old saying goes "A rose by any other name is still a rose"...well crap by any other name is still crap as well...
