Where are you seeing the balance on the original loan ( 8 cent convert princip and interest) being 4.1? Wasn't parts of that loan also converted and the balance under 3.5M?

So do you feel comfortable about another 73M shares entering the float or do you know for a fact they have a refi alt. in place awaiting enactment post first TSA delivery?
