Ok answer this.....If were almost debt free why are debt holders demanding a cushion to convert?...

Were supposed to be debt free and conversion coming to a end instead we have 3 billion shares added.. Most likely cause the OS was getting close to 4.5 billion and we need room for the extra debt to convert....
