The only thing that is documented as fact, is the 25 million shares listed in the quarterly report.

Anything else is purely speculation and made up and can not shared responsibly.

If that were the case, we could all make anything up, like Exxon Mobile is buying up shares in WOGI to increase their oil production. It might be true, its just a guestimate on my part.

Let's just stick to the facts. As of the last factual filing, BCAP holds 25million shares of WOGI. Nothing else can be proven.
