Yes they are allowed and in fact a recent email from IR disclosed that they haven't heard a word. So that's that. 120 days and no word. Draw your own conclusions. See post 24507. And please don't make us keep doing your DD. it's all there for you to educate yourself.
The FDA only publicizes approved applications on their website. If they need more info from the company or deny their request, they only let the company know. And in one of the recent PR's from the company it was stated that they haven't heard anything from the FDA yet. So based on what I'm reading here, it looks like their app is still under review by the FDA. Don't ask me anymore questions. Draw your own conclusion from this point on. Btw you're trying a little too hard even though you say you're not a basher.. anyways.. glty
