Pop... Why aren't patents of this nature allowed to remain under the sole control of the creator of the technology? Is it so there can be no monopolizing on a certain technology? The creators of such technologies spend their blood, sweat, time & tears developing such things. Maybe the patent should expire when the creator of the technology expires!?! :/
