Not quite, thus the indictments... although with all the cash they have fleeced out of foolish investors over the years, they can pay their big bucks lawyers very well to delay or otherwise avoid final judgements.

BTW, The CNXS BS PRs are now starting to be released, and I'm fairly certain hundreds of millions of new shares will also be released in the next couple of weeks too.
