from what i gather they will not sell paper to finance, and DB in frankfurt has put up the cash for the minanca mine. not sure about the china deal, but i believe they are the same source.
note this is based on a conversation i had with the president. anyone who wants to hear it from the source should call mr. skolnik just as i did.
