Already, another 500m was diluted, in this past frenzy, meaning a OS count of 2.1b versus 1.6b. A .0015, would give EVSV a market value of over 3m, even with a government contract of 300th the 3m market cap would not be warranted. My opinion, each to his own risk tolerance!
